Third Eye Lab is an online platform for practicing and training remote viewing skills. The Service provides:

  • Random target generation for blind viewing practice
  • Structured protocols for recording impressions
  • AI-assisted scoring and feedback
  • Progress tracking and statistics
  • Community leaderboards

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the billing date
  • Provide accurate payment information

Refund Policy: We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service, provided you have not completed more than 10 sessions.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you create (impressions, drawings). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide the Service to you.

7. Disclaimer

No Claims of Supernatural Abilities: Third Eye Lab is a training platform for practicing perceptual skills. We make no claims about the scientific validity of remote viewing or any paranormal abilities. The Service is provided for educational and entertainment purposes.

AI Scoring: Our AI scoring system provides objective analysis based on pattern matching. Scores are intended as feedback tools and should not be interpreted as proof of any particular abilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or service interruptions
  • Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
